What stays on your device
Your saved auction, auction history, settings (voice, sound, timer, difficulty) and the display name you chose are stored on your device only. Android's own backup may include them in your Google account backup if you have backup turned on.
Friend rooms
When you create or join a room, the app signs in anonymously to our game server (Supabase, hosted in Mumbai, India). This creates a random user ID that is not linked to your name, email or phone number. The server stores the room code, the owner name you picked from the app's preset list, the franchise you picked, and the bids made in that room, so every phone in the room sees the same auction. Rooms and their members are deleted automatically 6 hours after the last activity.
Only people in a room can read that room. There is no chat and no free-text input, so you cannot share personal information through a room.
Purchases (Google Play)
Optional in-app purchases (Remove Ads, Room Pro) are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. We receive a purchase token from Google; for Room Pro, the token is stored on our game server against your anonymous ID so your rooms can hold more friends. We never receive your card or payment details.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows a banner on some menu screens, an occasional full-screen ad after an auction ends, and optional reward videos you choose to watch (for example a purse top-up). No ad ever interrupts live bidding. An optional reward video you choose to watch pauses the auction while it plays. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, app set ID, IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostic data to serve, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud.
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent or offers you a choice through Google's consent message before personalised ads are used, and you can change it later under Settings, Ad privacy choices. Our ad requests are limited to ads suitable for all ages (content rating G). You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device's Google settings. How long data is kept
Data on your device is kept until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Room data on our server is deleted 6 hours after the room's last activity. The random user ID stays in our sign-in system but holds no personal details; once you uninstall the app or clear its data, nothing links it to you or your device any more. Room Pro purchase tokens are kept while the purchase exists, so Room Pro comes back when you reinstall. Advertising data is kept by Google according to its policies. To have your server records deleted, email us with your Room Pro order number (if you bought it) and we will delete them within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
Change ad consent under Settings, Ad privacy choices, or opt out of personalised ads in your device's Google settings. Uninstalling removes everything stored on your device.
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your data. Contact us to exercise them. We do not sell your personal information. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, mention it in the app's update notes.
