HEHKU Games Terms of Use

Effective 6 November 2026·Operator: SlayerBlade (India)

The short version: our games are free, ads pay for them, purchases are optional and go through Google Play, nothing in them is gambling, and we ask you to play fair. The details are below.

Who we are

HEHKU is the games studio of SlayerBlade, an independent software business based in India. SlayerBlade operates the games and is the party you are agreeing with. Our games are published on Google Play under the developer name HEHKU.

These terms cover every HEHKU game, including Runewall, Cordwood, Crumblehold, Phone Party, Bench Light, Shoo!, Puffline, Cricket Auction Game 2027, Clasp Out, Garland Sort, Alikes, Christmas Packing, and any game we release later under the HEHKU name. If a game has its own terms page, those terms apply to that game as well, and where the two differ, the game's own page wins.

Accepting these terms

By downloading or playing a HEHKU game you agree to these terms and to Google Play's own terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not play the game, and uninstall it.

Each game has an age rating on Google Play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them on your behalf, especially before any purchase.

Free to play, with ads

Our games are free to download and play. They are paid for by advertising, shown through Google AdMob and, in some games, other ad networks listed in that game's privacy policy. Some ads are optional reward videos you choose to watch for an in-game bonus; others appear between levels or rounds.

We try to keep ads out of the way of play, but we do not control the content of every ad. If you see an ad that looks wrong or offensive, tell us and include a screenshot if you can.

Optional in-app purchases

Some games offer optional purchases, such as Remove Ads or extra content. Every purchase is processed by Google Play under Google's payment terms; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Prices are shown in the game before you pay. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that item inside the game; it is not money and has no cash value. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy, and you can request one through Google Play. Purchases tied to your Google account can usually be restored after a reinstall from the game's settings.

In-game coins, gems, cards, players and other items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the game.

No gambling

HEHKU games do not offer real-money gambling, betting or prizes of any kind. Nothing in our games can be cashed out. Any auctions, bids, spins or rewards in a game are part of the game only and use in-game items with no monetary value.

Fair play and acceptable use

Play the game as it is meant to be played. You agree not to cheat, hack, modify, decompile or reverse engineer a game; not to use bots, scripts or exploits to gain an advantage or to get rewards or ad payouts you did not earn; and not to interfere with the game's servers or other players.

Where a game lets you play with others online, be decent. Do not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, and do not use names or room codes that are hateful, sexual or illegal. Some games let you report or block other players; we may remove names, end sessions or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Your content and our content

The games, including their code, art, sound, music, characters and names, belong to SlayerBlade or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of your play for non-commercial purposes, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

If a game lets you type names or messages, you are responsible for what you write and you give us permission to display it inside the game to the people you play with.

Privacy

Each game has its own privacy policy, linked from its Google Play listing and from the HEHKU page, explaining exactly what data the game and its ad and payment partners use. Please read it; it forms part of these terms.

Changes, updates and availability

We update our games to fix bugs, balance play and add content. Updates can change or remove features or items. We may also stop offering a game. If we remove a paid item you bought, we will offer a reasonable replacement or point you to Google Play's refund process.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will mention them in the game's update notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty and limits on liability

We make our games with care, but they are provided as they are, without any promise that they will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, SlayerBlade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or items, arising from your use of the games. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game or item concerned in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
