Who the game is for
Twoor: Would You Rather Obby is made for kids, teens and adults. The first time the game opens it asks for a birth year with a neutral picker (it does not suggest an answer). We use the answer only on the device, to decide how ads are shown and what analytics are sent. The birth year itself is never sent anywhere.
What we collect ourselves
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and you do not need an account to play. There is no chat and no way to share personal information with other players; the other contestants in fashion shows are computer-controlled.
Your game progress (outfits, coins, gems, buddy pet, season days, settings, the name you give your character) is saved on your device only.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows optional reward videos (for example, to double a reward or try a power-up) and, after a few rounds, occasional full-screen ads between rounds. You can always decline a reward video.
Players under 13: every ad request is marked as child-directed and under the age of consent, limited to content rated G, and non-personalised. Google does not use these requests for interest-based advertising or remarketing, and only ad sources certified for Google Play's Families policy are used.
Players 13 and over: AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, app set ID, IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostic data to serve, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and in US states with privacy laws, you are asked before personalised ads are used. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device's Google settings. Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics)
To understand how the game is played and to fix difficulty and bugs, the game sends gameplay events to GameAnalytics: a random identifier created on your device at first launch (not your advertising ID), session start and length, OS version, rounds started and finished, doors picked, items claimed, in-game currency earned and spent, ad offers shown and watched, and the product of any purchase. For players 13 and over the device model is also sent; for players under 13 it is not. No names, birth years, genders or other personal details are ever sent. GameAnalytics derives an approximate country from the IP address. GameAnalytics' policy: gameanalytics.com/privacy.
Purchases
Optional purchases (for example, removing between-round ads, or a fixed bundle of gems) are processed by Google Play and are only reachable after a grown-up check (press-and-hold plus a question). Nothing sold for real money is random. We never see payment details; the game receives a purchase confirmation (product, order identifier) to deliver it and restore it after a reinstall.
How long data is kept
Progress on your device is kept until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Analytics events are kept by GameAnalytics according to its retention policy and are not linked to any name or email. Advertising data is kept by Google according to its policies.
Parents and your rights
Parents or guardians can ask us to delete analytics data linked to their child's install, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing us (below). Clearing the game's data or uninstalling also removes everything stored on the device.
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under the GDPR, the US under COPPA, or California under the CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your data. Contact us to exercise them. We do not sell personal information. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, mention it in the game's update notes.
